RECORD DIMENSIONS. (Received October 9 at 9 p.m.) WASHINGTON, October 8. With farm prices for cotton at the lowest levels of recent years, the U.S.A. Department of Agriculture forecasts have further increased the current crop as cabled on August 9th. It is now estimated that the crop will be 16,284,000 bales, the largest crop, with one exception, in the country’s history.
