GREY DISTRICT MEETING. THE DRAW FOR TO-MORROW. The third meeting of the Grey District Coursing Club will be held at the Wingham Park Plumpton to-mor-row (Saturday) afternoon, commencing at 1.30 p.m. The Club have a large number of hares in preparation, and with such line dog. 4 ; entered thrilling sport will undoubtedly be witnessed. Included among the nominations is the Canterbury-pwncd Australian importa- * ion Ever Ready (Great Limes— Black Eyes), owned by Mr W. J. Tomkinson, and which defeated its fub I’tter relative, Black Lea her at the Christchurch meeting on Saturday. This is the first defeat that Black Leather has suffered in New Zealand. A no/her new dog nominated is Happy Land (Happy Thoughts—Black Alist), owned by Mr D. Al. Doolan, of Ahaura. Of late coursing has grown increasingly popular on the West Coast, and as this will probably be thp final meeting of the 1931 season, it should be well

patronised, if fine weather favours the Chib, who have been rather unfortunate in that direction. The price of admission is a moderate one, and with afternoon tea Jul d refreshments obtainable on the ground, patrons will be well catered for outside the sport provided. THE DRAW. The draw to-morrow resulted us follows:— Situation Mossvale. Hank meets Red Star. Ray of Hope meets Happy Land. Ever Ready meets Afisg Alodesty. Blue Spec meets Cowl.
