REFORMS IN LIBERIA. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, August 18. Experts appointed at the request of the Liberian Government, following the international report on slavery in Liberia, to investigate the assistance which could be rendered to the Government in introducing reforms, have returned to Geneva, and are preparing a report for submission to the special League Commission, presided over by Mr Henderson.
