For every two incoming immigrants, three people arc leaving America’s shore permanently, either deported or induced by economic, reasons to return tij European or other countries. Those deported, alone, from New York, in the past twelve months, reached 19,000. One Italian liner left New York, today, with 1100 third-elass passengers, mostly Italian families, who have been sent homo by the bread-winters, to live cheaper in Italy.
