N.S.W. ABOLITION PROPOSAL. SYDNEY, May 1. The Attorney General, lira. Mr. Lysaght, in the N.S.W. Assembly, introduced a bill to make certain law reforms. His bill, inter alia, provides for the abolition of capital punishment. Restored in Germany DUE TO INCREASE" OF MURDERS (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.) BERLIN, May I. Despite there having been a temporary abeyance of the death penalty, thG authorities have refused to reprieve Teyzncr, whose conviction for murder was cabled on March 19. This will be the first execution <in Germany for three years. It is stated that the authorities are alarmed at the iSrr’ge number of brutal muflders. In view of this precedent, i; is considered certain that Kuerten will be sent to the guillotine. .
