Hercules ai r liner from the West Australian Airways, Limited, to Replace the “City of Cairo.” which was forced down recently at Keopang. Delivery will be taken by the “City of Cairo’s pilots who arc now on route to Freemantle by the steamer Koolinda. GLIDERS IN N.Z. DANNEVIRKE. April 30. A meeting of the Danuevirke Gliding Chib appointed, a provisional eomniittee to consider the inauguratPa c.f a New Zealand Gliding Association. The object is to get in touch with all clubs, to ascertain the views, and !ate r convene a Dominion conference. The committee comprises Dr. C. S. Williams. Major Claridge, E. C. Dearman (Dannevirke), Major Hardie, and C. J. Bosworth (Palmerston North).
