MOTHER BRUTALLY ASSAULTED. (Per Press Association.) WESTPORT, April 24. Brutally assaulted by her son, Arthur Roberts, Mrs Mary Roberts, 78. is now dangerously ill in hospital. It is alleged that Roberts attacked his mother this morning, bashing her head on the floor and striking her with his clenched fist. Hei condition is re]ioi+e'(| to be serious.
