BROADCASTING
FRIDAY, APRIL 24TH. Air George Mantinengo, a singer and ’cellist of note, who, it will be remembered, toured New Zealand some years Ligo, will be heard from IYA this'evening, in baritone songs and a ’cello solo. Another vocalist on the programme will be Mr B. Jellard (contralto). Items will be given by Air Robert AleKnight (English concertina artist) and Barry Ingall’s Hawaiians. The two Afacs, who are a new combination, will give twenty minutes of Scottish humour and songs, while Air Eric Bell will play a group of light popular classical numbers. Featured on 2YA’s programme will be the well known baritone. Air Rex Harrison. Mr Lad Haywood and MiBilly Hart will be, heard in a budget of up-to-date popular numbers. Aliss EUa

I The programme of the third and final , night o-f the Dunedin Radio Exhibition j will be broadcast by 3YA and 4AA. ; Once again, leading Dunedin talent will contribute. A male voice quartet j known as The Idlers will be featured. There will also he solos by Miss Mary Pratt (contralto), Messrs Taylor (tenor) and 8. G. Angell (bass). On the instrumental side of the programme will be the 4YA Exhibition Orchestra| and a saxophone band.
