IL Moore, Kim Williams, and the Secretary. Air _M. J. An application from the Committee of Jack’s Mill School for the use of the Racecourse for a picnic on February 14th, was granted. The Ruru School Committee als-o made application for the use of the Racecourse on the samp day. 11 was decided that the Secretary communi eate with the Rum Committee advising them that the ground will be available on that date if thev care to combine with the Jack’s Mill School Committee, or they may have the use of the course on an'other date. The action of the President in donating £5 to the Hawke’s Bay Jockey I Chib, and a similar amount to the Napier Park Jockey Chib was approved.
