Not long ago the New South Wales Rugby Union sent over to France a preliminary inquiry to secure a visit from a French team, and a recent I cable mesage from Paris states that . the French Rugby AssoMation cannot I accept the invitation for 1931, but I could do so for 1932. I A Sydney writer comments, that this may suit New South Wales. Next year an Australian team will tour New ZeaLland. In the ordinary course of events | New Zealand would return the visit in | 1932, and if the Frenchmen could, and ( would come out the two trips would t clash. New Zealand, however, might ’ agree to a postponement of its visit, j the writer adds. . In 1933 an Australian Rugby team [ will be sent to South Africa.
