MOTOR VICTIM’S DEATH. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, September 10. Henry Jones, a slaughterman, who lived at 15, Cumberland Place, and who had been in Wellington Hospital since the night of September 2nd, suffering from injuries received through being knocked down by a motor car. died at seven o’clock to-night. Jones was knocked down at .10.40 p.m. on September 2nd at the corner of Cuba and Ghuznee Streets, and was severely injured, suffering from lacerated wounds of the scalp and the left leg. which was also fractured, and from shock.
