Se-as (N.Z. waters): Becoming rather rough to Hough generally. Tasman Sea-, moderate to strong, but de-1 creasing southerly win'<s and rathcri I rough seas in the eastern Tasman. I Weather:—Changeable and at time , .showery i n most districts but improving gradually; temperatures again becoming cool.
