TELEGRAMS. WELLINGTON, August 19. Sailed at 5.40 p.m.. Regulus for West pout Sailed at 7.30 p.m.. Tees forf Westport NOTES. The depth of water on the bar last evening was 15 ft. 3in. The Kamona made port yesterday from Wellington, to unload general cargo, after which she loads coal for the Bluff.
The Kaituna arrived from Auckland yesterday.
The Kaponga sails at an early date, with coal for Melbourne and Adelaide.
The Kanna is expected on Thursday from Auckland to load coal for New Plymouth and Auckland.
The Kaimai left Wellington yesterday, on arrival here will load coal and timber for Miramar and Welling ton. The Rata is due to-morrow from Tarakohe direct to load coal for Ona- 1 kaka and New Plymouth. I The Orepuki is due to-morrow from Wellington direct to load timber for Petone. The Alexander left Lyttelton on Monday for Nelson, Westport and Grey-, mouth with general cargo. She is due ; about Thursday. After discharge she loads coal for Picton. The Regulus left Wellington yesterday for Nelson, Westport and Greymouth with general cargo. She is due J on Thursday night, and after dis-, charge is to load coal for Nelson. The Kalingo, from Coif’s Harbour, with a cargo of poles, is now due at Lyttelton to-day. She sails later for Timaru, Wanganui and Greymouth. The, Nobel auxiliary schooner Huia, which left Grafton for Auckland on August 10th, is expected to arrive at Lytelton to-day. After discharge of her hardwood timber cargo the vessel i will load timber at Auckland for Mel- I bourne, and also explosives for Napier, I Wellington, and Dunedin. From Dun- I edin she will proceed to Melbourne, ! wherQ she will load explosives for ( Westport, Greymouth and Auckland. <
