(Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, May 21. Dr Kidson’s weather report and forecast are as follows:—General situation; There has been a considerable fall in pressure east of tho Dominion, while the barometers have risen over Eastern Australia. Forecast: Southwesterly winds, strong to gale force in and south of Cook Strait, and moderate to strong elsewhere. Seas (N.Z. waters) moderate, north of East Cape; elsewhere rough. Tasman Sea: Strong southerly winds, with rough seas in the eastern Tasman Sea. Weather cold, squally and showery; snow on the high country.
