Ward) states that he has received a cablegram from the High Commissioner, reading: “The total applications for the London loan Avere 11,852 aggre-; gating £19,577,800. Stock allotments I have, been made as folloAvs: (1) appli- ! cants for £lOO, received nil; (2) £2OO I up to £5OO. received £lOO, and (3) I over £5OO, received just under 30 per , cent.
