APPEALS FAIL. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND. Febniaiy 16. The Auckland “Star’’ states that all of the appeals by the Telegraphists involved in the recent betting allegations have been dismissed by the Post and Telegraph Appeal Board. However, Mr E. C. Cutten, S.M., Chairman of the Board, when questioned to-day, would make no statement, beyond saying that the decision had been communicated to the appealants.
