OVER £125,000 PAID. (Pef Press Association' HAWERA, May IL The award of the arbitrators who sat recently to determine the price to be paid by the South Taranaki Electric Board to the Hawera County Electric Lighting Coy. Ltd., for the whole of the latter’s undertaking, was uplifted in Wellington this morning. The price fixed by the arbitrators is £125,682. This sum includes the Com-p-irly’s stock and trade and tools. * By an agreement between the parties. the Company’s cash in hand, inscribed stock and book debts remain the property of the company. The arbitrators fix the costs of their award at £1,251 4/5, which is to he paid by the parties' in equal shares.
