WELLINGTON, May 1

The hearing of a claim for five thousand sterling for land in Chuznee Street, taken by the City Council, for street widening purposes by the owners of the property, Patrick James Hannigan and John Campbell Francis, reached finality in the Supreme Court to-day ,when Mr Justice MacGregor announced that the Ceun was of the opinion that the claimants .should receive £3,500 and cost- totalling £75.
