LONDON, Aprli 30. Viscount Cecil (Conservative) replying to a correspondent asking advice how to vote at the general election writes:—
Disregard all party tics. Vote only tor candidates who can be trusted to stand for a vigorous progressive peace policy. I would advise you to vote for a candidate of my party if times were normal, but the cuntry, nay, civilisation itself, is threatened wFh an overwhelming catastrophe ’ ’
