AERIAL BOMBING.
ABOLITION PROPOSAL REJECTED. GENEVA COMMISSION’S DECISION. (Received April 25 at 5 p.m.) GENEVA. April 24. The Commission has rejected the German proposal to prohibit aerial bombing in war time. The minority consisted of Germany, Russia, China. Holland and Sweden.
