GOVERNMENT’S POLICY. HAMILTON, April 18. The Minister of Health stated today that the Government is moving in the direction of making larger use of the public hospitals for the training ot young doctors in their post graduate courses and in clinical experience. This statement was made at. a con ference with the Waikato Hospital Board. Afterwards the Minister had been nstred what was the policy of the present Government regarding a nationalised health service. Hon. Mr Nos Worthy said that this question has not yet been considered by the present Government.
