LADIES’ CLUB. The annual meeting of the Ladies’ Club was fairly well attended. The annual report and balance sheet were read and approved. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year: Captain, Mrs Hannan; Secretary, Miss N. Tennent; (acting), handicap manager, Mrs W. P. McCarthy; Committee: Mrs Fogarty and Miss Reynolds. It was decided that the opening day be a general tea day. Votes '6f thatfks were accorded to the outgoing committee, the local Press for reporting the Club’s matches, etc., and to Mr Fogarty for the nse of his office for holding the annual meeting.
