INANGAHUA SUB-CENTRE. ' ANNUAL MEETING. The fourth- annual meeting of the Inangahua Rugby League sub-Cen'tre was held in MeElwce’s Rooms on the 11th Inst., the following being present: — Messrs McAlpine (chair), J. MeElwee (Sec.), Curtis and Skinner (Reefton Club), Spence, Taylor (Waiuta), Schofield (Totara Flat), Byrne and Baxter (Mawheraiti), and C. Coxall. The minutes of the last annual meeting were read and confirmed and the interim balance sheet considered satisfactory. The election of officers for the en-

suing year resulted as follows: — Patron, Mr 7. Flannigan; President, Mr A. McAlpine, Vice Presidents, samfc as last year; Secretary, held in abeyance; Treasurer, Hr C. Curtis; Auditor, Mr J. Banks; Selector, Mr A. McAlpine; Fixtures Committee: Messrs Spence, Taylor, Scofield and the President; Skinner and the Secretary. Finance: Same as last year. Emergency Committee: Messrs Schofield, Spence, Taylor and the Secretary. Waiuta’s application for permission to play a friendly game with Marists at Waiuta was granted. Votes of thanks were passed to Mi W. Cockerill for presenting a cup, and to Mrs Murray Hinan for the use of her grounds to play on. It was resolved to open the season with a match between Waiuta and Reefton at Reefton on the 21st inst., at 2.30 p.m. Beforee, Mr Neilson. Meanwhile a friendly game would be played between Mawheraiti and the Flat at the Flat on the 14th inst. The Secretary was instructed to apply for the use of the Reefton ground for the 21st inst., and May sth. The first round of the fixtures wore drawn up as under:— Waiuta v. Reefton, at Reef’on, on the 21st, at 2.30 p m. —Referee, Mr Neilson. Mawheraiti v. Totara Flat, nt Blackwater. on the 21st inst., at 3 p.m.— Referee, Mr Rodden. Mawheraiti v. W-iiuta at Waiuta, on the 28th inst., at 3 p.m.-rßefereO, Mr Rodden. Reefton v Totara Flat on the 28th at Totara. Flat, at 3 p.m.— Referee, Mr Kidd. Mawheraiti v. Reefton at. Feefton on May st.l>. at 2.30 p.m.—Referee to be appointed. Totara Flojt v. Waiuta at Tctara Flat, on 5t hinst., at 3 p.m.—Referee to be .appointed.
