For Russian Trade SOVIET PRESS ADVICE. MOSCOW, April 15. The majority of the British trade delegates sent to Russia have returned home. The Soviet Press reiterates that the next move rests with the British Government. The paper “Isvestia” is insisting that trade development is exclusively dependent upon a resumption of normal diplomatic relations between the Soviet and the British Government. It s ays it must not be allowed to be dependent on party struggles or on Britain’s difficulties with her dominions or colonies, or upon the failure of British diplonrey in China or in Afghanistan.
