The Budget will have an bearing du-the Conservative Party’s General election policy. It will provide funds for a slum clearance scheme, and Mr Baldwin’s unemployment policy is being outlined on Thursday. It, however, is in no way a spectacular policy. It will include proposals' for an exchange of visits of trade representatives between Britain and the Dominions and Colonies.
