A meeting of the above took place on Tuesday evening to receive the Programme Committee’s report, there being present Messrs C. If. Cleaver (President), M. Waddell. J. Noble. J. Mclnroe, J. B. Discaciati, D. Panekhurst, If. Walselebjn (Secretary), W. B. Auld, W. Rea. A. B. Casey, Jas. Patterson, W. J. Duff, A. Gebbie. An apology for the absence of the Rev H. O. Brickland was received. The minutes of the previous meeting as read were adopted. The schedule as drawn up was received, and it was decided to add two items, a decorated bicycle and a decorated pram competition, for. children up to 15 years of age. The schedulq, as amended, was adopted. It was resolved that the Railway Department be asked to delay the Junction train from 7 p.m. till 10 p.m. on Saturday, March 16th, and also to delay the Greymouth-Reefton down train on bo h dates from 3.50 to 5.55 p.m.. It was resolved to approach various firms f<ir support with trophies for the 'show. It was decided to auction the privileges of the publican’s booth, tea rooms, and sweet sand ice cream stall at 3 p.m. on February 23rd. It was decided that the cup won by Mr Waddell, 1928, be engraved accordingly-
