WELLINGTON, February 12. Dr Kidson’s weathor report states: The anti cyclone is still located over New Zealand. A cyclone disturbance appears to be developing off the north coast of New South Wales, but is not likely to affect the Dominion seriously for several days. Forecast: Variable winds, northerlies prevailing, south of Kawliia and East Cape, and freshening. Light to moderate east to north winds in the northern districts. Generally smooth to moderate seas, but rather rough at times in Cook and Foveaux Straits. Light to moderate northerly winds and smooth seas in the eastern Tasman Sea. Light showers or misty rain on parts of the coast, but chiefly in the early morning, otherwise, fair to fine weather, but with considerable cloud and mist. Moderate to warm temperatures.
