WELLINGTON, February 11. Dr Kidson’s report states:— A rather intense amti-cyclone Is still located over New Zealand and the Tasman Sea. Forecast:—Variable winds, with moderate to fresh northwesterlies prevailing, situ th of New Plymouth and Napier. Smooth to moderate seas in New Zealand waters generally. Variable, and chiefly northerly winds and smooth to moderate seas in the Eastern Tasman. A few scatter'd showers in Westland and the far south, but practically fine weather generally. Moderate ho warm temperatures.
