ANTI-BOLSHEVIK AGITATION. (Times Cable.) (Received Feb 11 at 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, February 11. “The Times” Riga correspondent states: —The CH.ika have arrested twenty Baptist leaders in White Russia on a charge of influencing the peasants against the Soviet The elCiction. of village Soviets disclosed a widespread anti-Soviet movement in the villages, which rejected the official list, and attempted to elect their own candidates. Others elected anti- Bolshevist Soviets. These will be suppressed.
