R.A.F. PLANES CRASH.
Head-on Collision. PILOT KILLED. (Received December 11 at 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, December 10. At a height of four thousand feet at Cambridgeshire, two R.A.F. single seaters, with experienced pilots used to daily flights, had a head-on collision. The wing of one machine was broken off and fell headlong. The pilot was jammed in the seat and killed instantly. The rudder of the other plane was damaged. The pilot took to the parachute, and JanoeA safely.
