FIRE AT DUNEDIN. DUNEDIN, Novembr 13. Y fire which broke out in Mr J. Waters’s, Chemist shop in PrineeStreet tfonight .resulted in the- whole .<f the stock peing damaged by smoke. Though the outbreak was confined to th - front- portion gf the basement flames did not reach the stock part of which however, was affected by water. The contents were covered by insurance, and the uilding, which is owned by Daniel Haynes Frust, sutf red no structural damage. DEATH IN PRISON. DUNEDIN, November 13. When Robert Murdoch. 43, was charged witji drunkenness, in the Police Court yesterday, he was remanded for seven days for medical treatment, Last night he had what a constable thought was a fit, and when a doctor arrived.
