THE HON. W. F. FINLAYSON. The Hon. W. F. Finlayson comes to Grey district with the reputation of an outstanding Labour Speaker who for nine years represented Labour in the Federal Parliament of Australia, later being a member of the Legislative Council until its abolition. He understands the movement and is a keen advocate of the workers’ rights. He is described as a “man with a message for workers.” Mr Finlayson comes in the interests of the Prohibition movement and is accompanied by the Rev. Moses Ayrton whose name is familiar to all Coast Labour enthusiasts. Mr Ayrton’s friends will be delighted to welcome him back to the Coast. Both speakers hope to have the opportunity of open air work and arrangements are being made for this. It is hoped that they will speak in the open air on ►Saturday evening.
