'Olympic Committee announce that Olympiad receipts totalled £llB.700, of which football contributed £45,000, athletics £26,200. swimming £9600 cycling £5OOO, rowing £2OOO. The opening day produced £7900. The total expenses are not y*t available, but there is believed to be a slight profit. N.Z. VISIT OF AMERICAN TEAM. WELLINGTON, November I. Tlh> N.Z.
