(From Our Own Correspondent.) WESTPORT, Sept. 24L The A.S.R.S. election for delegates l ° conference and executive- council •ora will take place shortly. The ballot is taken upon, the proportional re presentation system, which, has been in vogue now for V ry many years and' has given entire satisfaction. Branch registers close on October 14th.
