John Edward Summerfield Hartshorne, William Henry Reyro'ds, Gustav Ambrose Schaef, and James Corcoran were convicted without penalty at the Magistrate’s Court yesterday on charges of operating vehicles without having red reflectors attached. The Sergeant mentioned that they weie the last of the first batch of offenders caught by the police. The Magistrate commented that in future those motorists who were caught without reflectors on their vehicles would be treated in the ordinary way. There would be no excuse for them in future.
