U.S.A. Move. TO CHECK COMPETITION. (Received August 26 at 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, August 25. Mr A. Macaulay, President of the American National Automobile, Chamber of Commerce, has arrived in London to arrange for a round table conference with the European motor manufacturers, with a view to instituting European-American co-operation, instead of Cllt-;thro->c rivalry.
