Air Weldon (Wellington). Air Rickard Seddon Cunliffe died nr. his home in Fitzhcrbert Street, Petone. cn Friday evening. Th e lat? Air Cunliff e was born in Greymouth in 1866, and was tin* eldest son of Air and Airs W. Al. Cunliffe Alarsden Hoad, and a nephew of the late Right Hon R. J. Seddon. He served his apprenticeship as a printer on the “Greymouth Star,” after which he went to Wellington aud was employed in the Government Printing Office. He was a past President of the Petone Working Alen’s Club, and held the office of Past District President in the Druids Lodge. He is survived l‘. v a widow and one son (Mr R. F. Cunliffe. of Lower Hutt) and by one daughter (Airs J. O’Sullivan, of Auckland). He also leaves five sisters: Mrs Jus. Schaef (Greymouth), Airs H. D. Edwards (Hataitai). Airs West (Hataitai), Airs s. P. Eddy and Miss Cunliffe, of the Greymouth Library; and two brothers, Alessrs Tom Cunliffe (Greymouth) and Wm. Cunliffe. Railway Department, Bluff.
