The results were as follows. —. In the semi-final of the Ladies Championship, Mrs Slee beat Mrs Ken 2 up and 1. Miss Tenncnt beat Mrs Wilson 2 up and 1. Tae fiiiu. will be played at 1.30 to-day. The Ladies’ Bogey Handicap was won by Miss Moore. 2 down. Mrs Gummingham, Mrs Bird ano Miss Kelly, all 4 down being the next cards. In the semi-finals of -he Men's Championship, Park beat McCarthy, 1 Up. Sinie beat Smith 3 up and 2. Thd Men s Flag Handicap was won by Martin (Westport),- who had 10 strokes go after finishing the rounu and took the flag to the 21st. green. The Mixed Foursomes was won by Prat and Miss Coates, 94 (21) 73. At the 18th. hole in the final of the men’s championship, Park was one up 011 Sime. The match will be finished to-day. The first medal handicap was won by Rev. Father Quinn, and the second medal handicap was won b’ r A. E. Smith. Visiting players were entertained by members of the Greymouth Golf Club last evening at u dance at the Oddfellows Hall. During the course of th_el eviming an opportunity was taken, by 'the President (Mr W. Meldrum) to present thd Ladie’s Challenge Shield, won by the local ladies, and the Dalgleish Shield also won by Greymouth, and other trophies.
