DANGER OF IGNORANCE. VANCOUVER, August 22. A message from Phoenix (Arizona') states .that Richard Miller, loft home at midnight to post a let'er in the corner mailbox. He stumbled over a high voltage wire, brought down after the hea\vy windstorm. His screams brought his wif ' and son to his assistance, but all three perished. Wesley Miller, another son, sought help. Returning with a neighbour. Carl Meeks, ’hey attempted to, the bodies from th 1 wire, aria wore themselves electrocuted. The five were dead when the police arrived.
