TROUBLE OVER DISMISSED SEAMAN. AUCKLAND. July 4. The small steamer (Hinbar was unable to sail for Gi-borne ami Napier until seven o’clock tonight. The seaman who refused to sign articles on reengagement, after being dismissed on he ground of insubordination, was again dismissed. He was supported bv the crew, who refused to take ( thc vessel to sea if a substitute were engaged. 1 hp men’s action was taken against the wishes of the Union officials, and the crew were informed that if they continued to refuse to take .the vessel to sea. they would all be dismissed. Eventually the men were persuaded to consent to a substitute being engaged, and re-umed dutv.
