NEW CONSTITUTION IN N.Z. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, April 20. The twenty-fourth General Anglican Synod was continued to-day. The Bishop of Nelson submitted the triennial report of the N.Z. Anglican Board of Missions, which stated the Church had 64 workers in the field. 23 labouring among the Alaoris. The Board .pleaded to the clergy for greater enthusiasm in sounding a mission call, and wanted a more definite and methodical method of contributing to the work of the Church. It paid a high tribute to Revs Redgrave and Long for their services. The report was considered in Committee.- The Synod dealt with a draft Bill for submission to Parliament, dealing with the con r.stitution of the Church in New Zealand.
