It was proved that plaintiff consigned the parcels of meat by rail from Huntcrville, that a guard put off the parcels at Raia, but though officials were continuously on duty at the latter station, no receipt was obtained for the parcels delivered. The Magistrate held the delivery not proven, and non suited the plaintiff, pointing out that the method was bad, with many possibilities of the goods going a,stray.
