MANAGEMENT’S FAULT. OTTAWA, March 23. A message from Timmins, Ontario, states that a Coroner’s jury, after inquiring into the Hollinger Mine fire disaster, in which thirty nine men lost their lives, charged the management and the operating executives with; gross negligence for permitting rubbish to bo dumped on old stopes.
