Mrs Topliss 5, Mrs Johnston 5. Mrs Mercer 8, Mrs Reynolds 8, Mrs McQueen 7. The trophies for this week were won bv Mrs Tennent (A Section) and Mr# Phillip (B Section). The results of the singles championship are as follows: — First round (first life). —Mrs Thomas won by default from Mrs Coburn. Mrs Mercer won by default from Mrs Legg, Mrs Saywell beat Mrs Scott, Mrs Teunent beat Mrs Fogarty, Mrs Hannan beat Miss Sheedy. Mrs Whib\ey beat Mrs Hannan. Second round (first life). —Mrs Thomas beat Mrs Mercer, Mrs Saywell beat Mrs Reynolds, Mrs Tennent beat Mrs Hannan, Mrs Whibley beat Mrs Johnston. Second life.—Mrs Johnston beat Mrs Reynolds, Mrs Hannan beat Mrs Scott, Mrs Whibley won by default from Mrs Smith. Mrs Fogarty beat Miss Sheedy, Mrs Mercer won by default from Mrs Topli.ss, Mrs Tennent beat Mrs Thomas, Mrs Saywell beat Mrs Hambleton.
