UNAUTHORISED RETURN OF MONEY. (Received February 29th at 11 p.m.) DELHI, February 23 Definite evidence of Soviet intrigue in India is furnished in a statement at the’ Indian Railway Federation meeting, that a large sum was donated from Moscow to finance flic recent Bengal-Magpur Railway strike, when 15,000 workers were involved.

The money was sent to Calcutta via the Deutshce Bank of Berlin ano National City Bank, New York, but on unauthorised instructions by a Railwaymen’s Union official, the money was refunded, and Moscow was asked to be more careful in sending it in future.
