THE WEATHER.
WELLINGTON. Feb. 13. The Dominion Meteorologist’s evening forecast is as follows: There is e moderate anti-cyelone over New Zea land, and a deep depression over the South West Tasman Sea. Winds light and variable at first, but freshening shortly from the north. Seas geiierallj smooth to moderate, but rising late: in New Zealand waters. Strong northiilies and rising seas in .the Tasman Si a. Weather chiefly fair at first and warm, but cloudy, gradually becoming unsettled, with rain probable within 24 to 36 hours.
