BERLIN, February th. “You Germans handled the Russian question far more cleverly than the English Tories,” says Mr MacDonald in an interview with the'Berlin r Tageblatt’s London correspondent. “It was my policy at the Foreign Office to help Russia back into line with the Labour Movement of the rest of the world, but the Tories shrieked that I was seeking to bring revolution into England, which js absurd.
