Nominations close 24th January. Handicaps 28th January. RULES: All events will be conducted under the N.Z. Athletic, Cycling and Axemen’s Union. Nomination Fees must accompany Nominations and be in writing, otherwise not accepted. Last two years’ performances must accompany all Nominations. The decision of the Committee will in all eases be final and not amendable to action at law. The Committee may add to, delete from or postpone the programme if deemed necessary. Competitors and Officials only will be admitted inside the sports arena. The Committee reserve the right to re-handicap any competitor on the day. No axe or saw cut will be allowed on logs. Registration Tickets must be produced or procured before starting. Fee 2/6 for Season ending 31st July or Is, for this Sports day only. NOMINATIONS CLOSE with the Secretary at Kotuku, with past two years’ performances, or if none during that period then last three starts. Admission to Grounds: Gents 2s; Ladies Is. A GRAND BALL WILL BE HELD IN THE EVENING. Refreshments obtainable on the grounds. The Express Train to and from Christchurch will stop at Kotuku on the day of Sports. J. BUTCHER, Secretary.
