Mutual Support. EVEN AGAINST LEAGUE. < Ana. nnd N.Z. Cable Assn '). (Beeeived November 28 at 10 p.m.) PARIS, November 27. The text of the Franco-Jugo-Slavian Treaty pledges concerted action in the event of an unprovoked attack, provided the action is within the scope of the League of Nationals Paet of non-aggression; also to agree jointly to examine any question likely to endanger their external security, again subject to the League’s final decision. A clause recognising the rights and obligations of the Powers involved in the League’s non-aggression past disposes of the report that the Treaty involves mutual support, even against the League’s decision. Both agree to settle disputes either diplomatically or by arbitration.
