CHRISTCHURCH, Sept. 2. ’ A tractor drawing a saw bench along the road, for the purpose of cutting wood, was held by Mr Mosley, 'S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court today, not to come under the classifica tion of a motor lorry, and not to require a license under the Motor \ chicles Act. A suburban Borough Council naO prosecuted an owner for using his tractor in this way without licensing it as a motor lorry.
